Yes, after your surgeon approves it (usually 10–14 days after the surgery). Patients should wear compression garments during the flight and walk regularly throughout the journey.
What will my post-operative care be like when I return home?
In the early post-operative period, all follow-ups are performed directly by our surgeon, and patients are allowed to return to their home country once they no longer require dressings. In the following weeks, additional check-ups are conducted via video calls. Before leaving Istanbul, patients receive detailed instructions, and all necessary care videos are shared with them.
